Our minimum order quantity varies by product. For t-shirts, it's 10 pieces. For bags and mugs, it's 25 pieces. However, we do offer sample orders for quality checking before bulk production.
Standard production time is 5-7 business days after design approval. For urgent orders, we offer express production in 3-4 business days at an additional cost. Shipping time depends on your location.
Absolutely! We accept designs in AI, PSD, PDF, PNG, or JPG format (300 DPI minimum). If you don't have a design, our creative team can help you create one for an additional fee.
Yes! We offer tiered pricing based on quantity. Orders above 100 units get 10% off, 250+ units get 15% off, and 500+ units get 20% off. Contact us for custom quotes on large orders.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, bank transfers, and cash payments for local orders. A 50% deposit is required to start production.
Yes, we highly recommend ordering a sample first! Sample orders are charged at regular price but can be deducted from your bulk order if you proceed. This ensures you're 100% satisfied with the quality.
